In accordance with the law
We demand that all activities, both internal and external, which are carried out by the Group companies, are strictly compliant with all generally applicable law, principles of social coexistence and established habits in the countries in which individual companies of the Group have their registered offices. If legal regulations binding in the place of conducting business of a Group's entity set stricter requirements in terms of standards, regulations more favorable to team members, associates and stakeholders are observed.

We cooperate with business partners and local communities in a way that is fair, transparent and respectful. We keep particular transparency and honesty in relations with public administration and non-governmental organizations. We ensure an appropriate standard of the protection of information and personal data. We also require that all team members avoid any conflicts of interests or unfair market practices.
Mając na celu troskę o przestrzeganie w Grupie Elemental Holding wszelkich procedur wewnętrznych oraz przepisów prawa powszechnie obowiązującego informujemy, że powołaliśmy Rzecznika ds. Etyki (Compliance Officer), do którego można bezpośrednio zgłaszać wszelkiego rodzaju skargi lub informacje o incydentach i nieprawidłowościach zaistniałych w naszych strukturach organizacyjnych lub w wyniku prowadzonej przez nas działalności gospodarczej.
Zgłoszenia mogą dotyczyć w szczególności:
- wpływu prowadzonej przez nas działalności na środowisko naturalne;
- wpływu naszej działalności na społeczeństwo;
- dyskryminacji
- poszanowania praw człowieka;
- bezpieczeństwa i higieny pracy;
- naruszeń zasad wolnej konkurencji czy praktyk monopolistycznych;
- zdarzeń o charakterze korupcyjnym;
- innych naruszeń Kodeksu Etyki Grupy Elemental lub procedur obowiązujących w Elemental Global Services S.A., a także przepisów powszechnie obowiązujących.
