Code of Ethics Elemental Holding Capital Group

Elemental Holding’s code of ethics defines rigorous standards in the fields of employment, health and safety, as well as fundamental rights that need to be followed by the entire Group, regardless of the location where we operate. These standards have been developed based on the norms of the Ethical Trade Initiative (ETI).
We make every effort to protect the natural environment and minimize our environmental impact through the reduction of energy consumption, emissions, pollution, noise and waste. We cooperate closely with the relevant environmental protection authorities to make sure our actions and decisions contribute to meeting the aims of local climate strategies.

In accordance with the law

We demand that all activities, both internal and external, which are carried out by the Group companies, are strictly compliant with all generally applicable law, principles of social coexistence and established habits in the countries in which individual companies of the Group have their registered offices. If legal regulations binding in the place of conducting business of a Group's entity set stricter requirements in terms of standards, regulations more favorable to team members, associates and stakeholders are observed.

Dignity and respect

We provide all team members with decent and fair pay based on a standard working time.

Transparency and honesty

We cooperate with business partners and local communities in a way that is fair, transparent and respectful. We keep particular transparency and honesty in relations with public administration and non-governmental organizations. We ensure an appropriate standard of the protection of information and personal data. We also require that all team members avoid any conflicts of interests or unfair market practices.
