Our standards

As a company from the Elemental Holding Group, we conduct our activities, both internal and external, so that they are compliant with all generally applicable laws, rules of social coexistence and well-established customs in the countries where specific companies of the Group are located. 

If the law applicable in the place of business of a Group entity imposes stricter requirements in terms of standards, regulations that are more favourable to team members, associates and stakeholders are followed.

We care about the environment

We do our best to protect the environment and minimize our impact on it by reducing energy consumption, emissions, pollution, noise and waste.
We cooperate closely with the relevant environmental protection authorities to ensure that our actions and decisions contribute to the achievement of the goals of local climate strategies.

Safe working environment

Our priority is to provide all team members with a safe working environment. We take all possible measures to prevent accidents or injuries at work.
We welcome the activity of trade unions in the Group and provide all team members with the opportunity of using the freedom of association. Recruiting children is prohibited. We provide all team members with a fair wage based on standard working time.

Transparency and fairness

We work with business partners and local communities in an honest, transparent and respectful way. We maintain particular transparency and honesty in relations with public administration and non-governmental organizations. We provide an appropriate standard of information protection and personal data protection. We also require all team members to avoid conflicts of interest or unfair market practices.

The reports received are considered and answers are provided to the persons who submitted the report, they are prepared in accordance with the legal acts of the Republic of Poland and the whistleblowing procedure of the Elemental Holding Capital Group.
