Paweł Jarski

Paweł Jarski graduated from Kozminski University, his speciality being IT in Management and Human Resource Management. He is also a scholarship holder of Helsinki School of Economics (Finland) and Jonkoping Business School (Switzerland) where he studied business management related fields.

Between 2001 and 2003, Mr. Paweł Jarski conducted his business activity consisting in providing IT services to companies and simultaneously worked as a project manager in several companies with foreign capital.

Between 2004 and 2010, as a co-owner and the Management Board President, he managed SYNERGIS Sp. z o.o. company, which in its third year of operations in Poland became the leader in the waste electrical and electronic equipment collection and treatment market and a major company in the non-ferrous metals trading and recycling market. Moreover, between 2008 and 2010, as the management board president, he managed SYNERGIS Electrorecycling SA and Electro-System SA, until the companies were sold to a sector investor. In 2010, after selling SYNERGIS Sp. z o.o. to another sector investor, Mr. Jarski performed a function of a Managing Director at Tesla Recycling SA, whose core business was recycling and management of rare metals. He worked at Tesla Recycling SA until March 2011, when he took up the post of the Management Board President at Elemental Holding SA. Elemental Holding SA is now the owner of Tesla Recycling SA.

In the fourth quarter of 2011, as the Management Board President of Elemental Holding SA, he took over SYNTOM SA with its seat in Tomaszów Mazowiecki, thus creating one of the biggest entities dealing with trade and recycling of non-ferrous metals in Poland. In 2012, he successfully introduced Elemental Holding Company on the New Connect market, and in 2013 the company’s quotations were transferred to the main market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange. The funds raised from the issue financed the acquisition of Terra Recycling SA – the leader in the processing of waste electrical and electronic equipment on the Polish market.

In 2014 – 2016, as the President of Elemental Holding S.A. Management Board, he completed many successfull acquisitions  of companies becoming a part of Elemental Holding capital group, changing Elemental Holding S.A. into one of the leading entities on the metal and electronics recycling market in Europe.

In 2015, he became a laureate of Parkiet magazine award for ten best young managers of companies listed at the Stock Exchange (Młode Wilki Giełdy). In 2015 edition of WIG80-group company presidents’ ranking of Business Harvard Review, he won 7th place.

Paweł Jarski is a Supervisory Board member of UAB EMP Recycling and CEO of Prime Minerals

On 17 December 2016, he was elected President of the Polish Triathlon Federation. On 7 February he was elected Member of the Polish Olympis Committee Executive Board – from the list of Polish Olympic Sport Federations.

In Elemental Holding S.A. he is responsible for the development directions and strategies of Elemental Holding group, supervising directly the operating activity of subsidiaries’ management boards.

Michał Zygmunt

Michał Zygmunt is a legal advisor, a graduate of the Faculty of Law at Jagiellonian University, and holds an Executive International MBA from the Krakow School of Business at the University of Economics in Krakow and St. Gallen Business School (Switzerland).

He began his professional career in 2001 at Can-Pack S.A., where he held the positions of Legal Department Director and proxy. Later, from 2005 to 2014, he served as the President of the Management Board of POL-AM-PACK S.A., overseeing the development of the glass packaging division within the CAN-PACK Group in Poland and India. He led a series of investment projects in the manufacturing sector, including the construction of a modern glass packaging plant in Orzesze, a greenfield project involving the construction of a modern glass packaging plant in Aurangabad, India, and the construction of a beverage can factory in the Middle East.

Michał Zygmunt is a manager with experience in managing large companies, each characterized by sales volumes of at least several tens of million euros and a workforce of several hundred. In his professional career, he has managed high-value investment projects in the manufacturing industry (three projects involving the construction or expansion of factories, each with a budget of several hundred million Polish zlotys) and numerous project teams. Mr. Michał Zygmunt possesses comprehensive knowledge in the areas of corporate finance, tax regulations, civil law, labor law, environmental protection, and legal regulations relevant to the activities of companies in Poland.

Since 2015, he has been conducting his own advisory business, implementing similar investment and structuring processes through interim cooperation.

Krzysztof Spyra

Krzysztof Spyra is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics, distinguished with the “Top 10” diploma, and also a graduate of Staffordshire University, U.K.

After his studies, he spent 7 years working in investment banks in New York and London (JP Morgan and Merrill Lynch). Upon returning to Poland, he engaged in creating private business ventures in the financial sector in Poland and Belarus. Throughout his professional experience, he has built companies from scratch in the retail finance, financial intermediation, insurance, and banking segments, as well as services for retail and corporate clients. He was the founder and a board member of Open Finance SA and Noble Bank SA, as well as the founder and a member of the supervisory board of Noble Funds TFI and Open Life SA.

He served as the CEO of companies such as Home Broker SA, Open Finance SA, Getin International SA, and also as the chairman of the supervisory board of Open Brokers SA, Open Finance TFI, and Sombel Bank SA.

Currently, he holds the position of vice president of the board of the Polish Triathlon Association and the president of the board of i-Sport sp. z o.o.

Anna Kostro

Anna Kostro holds a Ph.D. in Agricultural Sciences with a specialization in agronomy, obtained from the Warsaw University of Life Sciences. In 2011, she completed postgraduate studies in Financial Management at the Leon Koźmiński Academy in Warsaw, and in 2017, she completed postgraduate studies in Practical Social Psychology at the Higher School of Social Psychology in Warsaw.

Anna Kostro has extensive experience in managerial positions in companies engaged in environmental protection. In 2002, she was the Commercial Director and a member of the board at Operat Recykling Sp. z o.o. From 2005 to 2006, she served as an inspector and performed duties as the customer service manager at MZO Pruszków Sp. z o.o.

From 2006 to 2007, she was the Commercial Director at Synergis Sp. z o.o., where she was responsible for creating the structure of the sales department and acquiring new clients and contractors. Subsequently, from 2008 to 2009, she served as the Commercial Director at Synergis Electrorecycling S.A., where she was responsible for the reorganization of the sales department and acquiring numerous new contractors for the company.

Since 2010, she has been a key contributor to the success of Elemental Holding Group, managing companies within its structure. After the entry of Terra Recycling S.A., a company founded and led by her, into Elemental Holding Group in 2010, she continued to serve as its CEO until 2016. From 2013 to 2016, she also served as the CEO of the general partner of Tesla Recycling sp. z o.o. S.K.A., a leading entity in Poland engaged in the recycling of integrated circuits, printed circuits, and electronic waste. In December 2016, she resigned from both positions due to her appointment as a member of the board of Elemental Holding S.A.

Adam Kłapszta

Adam Kłapszta graduated in “Economics and Production Organization” from Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin.

He has experience in managing the largest private Polish energy company listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, with over 16 years of experience in managing the treasury department of the largest private Polish media-telecommunications company, and over 10 years of experience working in banks in departments responsible for key corporate clients.

Adam Kłapszta was responsible for capital acquisition, including arranging bilateral loans, consortium loans, Eurobond issuances, etc. He has experience in financial and operational risk management and was involved in the restructuring and optimization of business processes.

After completing his studies, Adam Kłapszta worked at Powszechna Kasa Oszczędności Bank Polski S.A. and Deutsche Bank Polska S.A. From 2006 to 2012, he successively held the position of Liquidity Section Manager, and from 2012 to 2015, he was the Director of the Treasury Department at Polkomtel Sp. z o.o. Then, from 2015 to 2023, he served as the Deputy Director of Treasury and Financial Policy at Cyfrowy Polsat S.A.

From 2012 to 2016, he also served as a member of the board of Polkomtel Finance AB.

From 2016 to 2019, Adam Kłapszta was the CEO and CFO of ZEPAK S.A., PAK KWB Konin S.A., and PAK KWB Adamów SA., simultaneously performing control functions in the supervisory boards of subsidiary companies. Subsequently, from 2019 to 2023, he was an Advisor to the Board at ZEPAK S.A., responsible for preparing the energy transformation program of the ZEPAK Group and financing new strategic renewable energy projects. At the same time, from he held the position of Vice President of the Board of Vindix S.A., and from 2022 to 2023, he was a Member of the Board of PAK Polska Czysta Energia, continuing to lead the financing of renewable energy projects in the form of project finance.
