In view of taking care of compliance at Elemental Holding S.A.with any internal procedures and generally applicable laws, we wish to inform you that we have appointed a Compliance Officer, whom you may directly notify of any complaints or information about incidents and irregularities that have occurred in our organizational structures or as a result of our business activity. Notifications may concern in particular:
- impact of our activities on the natural environment
- impact of our activities on society
- discrimination
- respect for human rights
- health and safety at work
- violations of the rules of free competition or monopolistic practices
- events of a corrupt nature
- other violations of the Code of Ethics Elemental Holding S.A. or procedures applicable in Elemental Holding SA, as well as generally applicable laws
