The Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF) announced that the members of the Authority, at a meeting on February 12, 2021, unanimously agreed to the withdrawal of Elemental Holding S.A. shares from trading on the regulated market operated by the Warsaw Stock Exchange S.A.
The shares will be withdrawn from the Warsaw Stock Exchange on February 25, 2021.
