December 31st 2021 was finalized an agreement whereby from January 1st 2022 Elemental Holding s.à r.l. is parent company of Elemental Holding Capital Group investing in entities dealing with urban mining and recycling. Companies belonging to the Capital Group operate within the framework of four business lines:
- recycling of spent automotive catalysts (SAC);
- recycling of waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE);
- recycling of printed circuit boards (PCB);
- recycling of non-ferrous metal scrap (non- ferrous).
Elemental Holding s.à r.l. is managed by a four-person Management Board: Paweł Jarski – CEO, Aleksander Skołożyński – CFO, Anna Sergiel and Marta Ventura Correia – Members of the Management Board.
